This is a great next step to a hopeful SimCity 5, for city builders, with great balance of every catagory.

SimCity 4: Deluxe's greatest value is well.... it's value. This is a game to waste away those long days, by controlling a virtual destiny. Everything at your fingertips is easy to learn and watch. For me, a games balance in all the categories is the key issue. This is a great step up from SimCity 3000. One thing that I would love to see would be a total 3D rotatable camera like City Life and a viewable desirability function that shows the best location for everything you can build that is in conjunction with everything that affects zones and ,"the key", Location within the preexisting city. For example, Hi-rise commercial would be more desirable near a cities center than out on the fringe. All I would like to see is a desirability window to be tweaked in that manner as well as the 3D camera. That would be the best way to go for another sequel.
