I am NOT suprised that this game is a 1,000,000 seller.This is an awe-inspiring game that lets you play hours on end!

Graphics = 65/100
Even though it is 2-D, the buildings still look very nice.
Sound = 85/100
I'm a guy who likes good old sound. I like the MEGALOPOLIS and METROPOLIS music.
Single Player = 95/100
Here is when things get juicy! The scenarios were nice and uhhh.... nice.
The "START NEW CITY" mode is the best. You can make your very own city, name it, select terrian, and make a metropolis! The only flaw is that you can only save 2 cities.
Multi-Player = NA/100
The only way to have multi-player is to work with a friend to make a city. Otherwise, you are on your own.
Difficulty = 85/100
(Refer to my review for "Inspector Gadget: Gadget's Crazy Maze" for the rubric for difficulty.)You have to get through an epic struggle of finances, crime, pollution, traffic jams, housing costs, tax control, and keeping people happy to make n' maintain a gleaming, moon-lit megalopolis. Pretty hard, don't ya think? Oops, I forgot the random disasters.
THE VERDICT = 95/100 my opinion, 82.5/100 average.
