A fun classic!

I remember first playing this game over ten years ago, I didn't get the appeal, but I recently picked up a copy at an old Half-price store for $4, and I found myself playing for hours at a time. By today's gaming standard the graphics and sound are weak. In fact, they seem like they belong in the 8-bit NES era, but its the challenge and creativity of the game that draws you in. I find it challenging even on the easy level. However, if you're a pro at games like Civilization, the C&C series (any RTS), you probably won't even break a sweat. The controls could be a bit more fluid, but it's not bad considering that the game was originally meant to be played with a mouse. Despite its shortcomings, the game is a pure classic if you collect SNES games.
