In Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World you play as 4 different characters of your choosing and fight enemies in a beat`em up. Your health is represented by a heart followed by a number which goes down a little by every hit you take. You have to main attacks, light and heavy and you also can be blocked, you may also run and slide attack. You all have a bonus attack that can be used to take a lot of enemies around you out, but it can only be used so much in one life. After defeating an enemy coins will pop out, but so far I`v seen no purpose of them. It is also very easy to be knocked down and it takes a very long time to get up. You can also pick up weapons to hit enemies with or pick the enemies and hit them against the weapons. By killing enemies you get xp, which when you get enough xp you unlock new moves that will help you. In Muiltiplayer you can play with four other friends, but you can`t play over xbox live. This game can be very fun, but it`s only really fun when you have people to play with which it fails by not being able to play over xbox live.
