Mostly a well thought of strategy that becomes addictive & also gets you thinking. The way the game grows on you could be a little different from other games. It's more like you want to try another way to do something, or even see the other side of what you did. Different ways of destroying or even capturing other nations is fun, and even trying to beat the other(s) to be the first & best kind of gets you. Good game for wanting diversity of nations (units mostly). When you are creating your cities and bases, you are able to set up defenses as well as offenses, much like the other strategy games, and find the best solution to overcomming the rival nation or nations.
