What exactly am I supposed to do?
The intro is very pleasing and sets up the mayhem I was about to enjoy playing it - only to find the mayhem was actually trying to co-ordinate any free game flow.
The characters available are all good on paper but the question to ask is "do I actually care if any of these idiots makes it out alive?". The answer is no - I am sure there is some plot but I was not going to stay around to find out. I found trying to move with 2 other team members that won't stay still - one of the most frustrating game experiences I have ever played.
The graphics are reasonable good - as are the FMVs. The sound is ok but the footstep noises become extremely irritating. The control is horrific - the original resident evils were acceptable because the stories were fascinating but trying to move your character and keep track of the CPU's horrendous decision making movements proves the final straw.
I bought this a couple of weeks ago and its gonna be traded in after 4 hours of painful gameplay.
