Nearly perfect

I didn't know quite what to expect when I bought this game. I have never played a Rockstar game before. I saw some video previews and it looked very interesting.
The Good:
I'm about 30% of the way through the game and it is an amazing game. It totally sucks you in and won't let go. So far (aside from the gameplay) the characters are my favorite. The traveling salesman just cracks me up. I've never played a game with such great characters. The story is good so far and I'm looking forward to the remaining story. The music is superb. The world is absolutely huge. I would compare the world to Fable II. Just a fantastic landscape with a lot of things to run into.
The Bad:
The only reason I did not give this a perfect score are because of the bugs. It's not terribly buggy, but I had 1 instances where I could not complete a side mission because the character that was following me wouldn't get off her horse. I had another main mission I had to reset because we were supposed to ride on horses to a location, but only 1 horse spawned to start the mission. There have also been a number of random glitches. Deer being stuck in the ground, people floating in the air sort of things. I'm not a fan of the way this game saves and also and I feel like the control is a bit sloppy. But that's probably just the Rockstar style of save's and control?

Overall, this game is totally worth the experience. The bugs are not a big deal for the most part and the overall experience of the game will make those bad memories fade.
