Red Dead Redemption is an amazing open-world game that provides entertainment for all gamers. The graphics are stunning, and the environment is beautiful. Trees swing and sway with wind, rocks roll on contact, and tumbleweed tumbling just adds the feeling of the wild west. The sound effects are very impressive from gun shots, to simple crickets chirping or dogs barking. Gameplay is very smooth, fun and un-repetitive. All though riding a horse takes getting used to, it's very fun and is the fastest way to get around (without paying). The online modes are fun and customizable. You can form gangs, raid bandit hideouts and just shoot the hell out each other. One thing that might get somewhat annoying is if you are trying to complete a task, another player has the ability to kill you where you stand, no matter the circumstances. The only bad parts of the game are the long journeys you have to take to get places, sometimes the game may be slightly glitch, it may get somewhat annoying do to cougars killing you during a task, or players betraying you online. But without a doubt, Red Dead is an amazing game that will last quite a while. I give Red Dead Redemption a 9.5 out of 10.
