Puppeteer is a lighthearted platformer game that is fun, original and unique. The whole game takes place on a 'stage' and it's basically like you're acting out a movie. The characters and level design are all very cool and different. You'll start off with barely any skills and as you progress you'll unlock new skills which will help you along your journey. Overall Puppeteer doesn't require a ton of skill to complete the levels, however the levels are just plain fun to play out and see what's coming next. In this game collecting different types of 'heads' is the main catch. Your character discovers and finds new heads to which you can hold three different heads at one time and use them in different area's to unlock bonus stage and get 'coins' for bonus lives. It's not any one feature that really pulled me into playing this game but rather the over all package of what the game offers. I can't end this review without shedding some insight on the awesome boss battles. Boss battles are very fun and challenging to play. Each boss has a weak spot that you have to find usually by using the skill you just unlocked like the Zelda games. If you're looking for something different to play, Puppeteer is your game!!
