In 1 word I'd say game is different. I'm not saying it's good or bad but it is nothing like the other 3 Gears of War games, especially the mutliplayer. I'm a fan of all the original gears online and I'm about 10 hours into this one.
Just a fair warning to those who are hardcore gears multiplayer fans....No active reloads, downs, and it feels way more fast-paced to me. Just about everything is different in the multiplayer.
If you're a 3rd person shooter fan i'd save give it a try I'm having fun but do not expect to like this game just because you loved the original trilogy. -Z
If it wasn't your connection it might have been an update to the multiplayer or the servers breifly went down. Try restarting your 360, if that doesn't work test your connection.
Definitely a change in pace from the first 3 games...It's really different but I'm enjoying it so far. Having a good time playing Multiplayer, tons of new weapons and changes to the gameplay. Still in my first 3 hours of Versus and Overrun, havn't tried out Campaign yet.
Take it from someone who's been playing Hitman since the very first game. This game should incredible, they more or less take the same formula each game and improve upon it with better everything. It would be like saying you weren't sure if GTA 5 was going to be any good. Of course you know it's going to be good, because it's the same basic formula with a ton of improvements. Frost71
Great post. Been waiting years for this game, I don't think it's going to dissapoint...then again I never get hyped for games anymore. They come out with new sequels every year for almost every game series now it seems, however this game has been in the making for awhile now. I get a feeling I'm going to be spending a lot of time enjoying this game, something about the Hitman games gives each level almost infinite replayability. Finally 47 returns
