wow. i wonder how much Microsoft paid Gamespot to write this. this is by far the WORST article i've ever read on Gamespot. Gamespot: you guys look like a cheap whore. Microsoft is systematically dismantling PC gaming right before our eyes and you fan boys are PRAISING them. wow.

is it worth it? nah. not yet. i have a Computer Science degree, an avid PC user, and i'm going to wait at least a year before i even consider upgrading to Vista. the only itch that may get me is if there's some end-all game that will come out exclusive for Direct X 10 -- of which i doubt. Windows XP, direct X 9 works just fine. if it ian't broke, don't fix it. my advice: chill out. let the chips fall. don't believe the hype.
