If there was a journalist at Gamespot they would ask the ESRB why games with micro transactions , a form of gambling, are not given the AO (Adults Only) rating? Gambling is not legal for minors and the very description given by WB for these Loot Chests "...contain Gear (weapons and armor) of varying rarity" show there is a chance aspect to this paid loot system.

I do think there will be a point when the video game industry will be blamed for promoting paid gambling to teens.
