Hi Gamespot members,

Thought id give the 30day free gameplay a go to see if I like the game, big fan of the other FF games.

I wasn't sure if this mission "Its probably Pirates" is a main story quest that needs to be completed in order to progress further into the game. The reason why is Ive been sitting here like a MONG waiting for 3 other players to join and no luck at all its been 35minutes (Gave up).

I hope I can skip this mission entirely and move on from it and reach level 30 - Blackmage.

I pray that you won't come back and say its important youll have to wait im afraid, if thats the case wheres the uninstall button :P or ALT F8

Hi Everyone,

I made a few changes to my system to prevent it from crashing, but only helped a little bit.

1) Added Ati Cap2 to CCC so it supports Xfire mode

2) Added correct ports via Virgin Superhub Netgear VMD480V2 (8995, 12000, etc.)

3) Changed Bios fan settings on Level 9, removed settings for CPU like CPU Spreadspectrum (I think).

4) Added SWTOR.EXE to Bitdefender firewall (Internet security 2013).

Only helped marginally, and bang crashed had to restart.

What a bummer.

Yeah I did last time before uninstalling it, it still crashed on me, I also believe my GPU isn't cut out for SWTOR.

I might install it for the last time, setup a new account and see if anything happens, I will update this forum in due time.

No, SWTOR is the only game that freezes, I have a gut instinct its my Crossfire setup is producing too much heat and hence why it crashes or my account has been hacked?

COD had a few incidences where it crashed in crossfire mode and power off button was the only option.

So sorry for this late reply, Yeah even during 10mins/15mins of game play or loading screen it crashes.

I honestly feel its either my GPU or my internet connection, would slow connection cause an MMORPG crash?
