Best New Year Product from the green guys but they need new architecture & technologies to fight beyond the Intel i7 cpu. Can't wait for CPU+GPU Fusion. Intel will counter attack in less than one month or event they will show new CPU on CES. Anyway congratulations to green guys. Keep it up. AMD Need More Horsepower.
Gentlemen let the battle begins AMD VS NVIDIA. I need AMD to win this battle for long term. Hope next gen R700 series will outperformed this by 300%. Congratulations AMD...Nvidia will be out with their killer 9800 x2 by March / April.
AMD/ATI got tough time after merge. They need TIME, MONEY & ADVANCED TOOLS to come up with better product. They are catching very closed but never reach the maximum.
AMD very close on winning this battle. All they have to do, just tweak or tune the hardware/drivers little more. That's all, they will be winner for short time before December Nvidia release 9800 series. Good luck to all.
Don't forget ATI is one of the true company leading in graphics card. It Just matter of time before they released ATI Radeon HD 2900 XTX card and predicted can dominate. Of course NVIDIA won't sit back and watch his product fall. So they will released next product before end of this year. It going to be tough battle but i belived AMD can turn NVIDIA's table very soon. Same like when Intel was dominating CPU, nobody expect AMD will beat them when they released Athlon. So time will tell. My predict battle is not over, War is just begin, Gentlemen Start your GPU.
