This counts as journalism today? No wonder I gave up pursuing this industry. It's barely anything like it how it was when I was growing up and I don't have it in me to want to write pointless articles like this.
People still don't learn that you have private social medias when in the face of the public and "professional" ones for career stuff? You'd think people apart of Hollywood of all places, especially during the current era would be aware of this. Most should just delete their social medias while they're ahead and start over.
I don't think people realize that many of these fan remakes are not intended for completion unless the path leads to that. These days virtually everybody knows they're getting forced takedowns but do it anyway because it gets their name out there and a potential foot in the door for the very company they're recreating the work of. Congrats to him for actually getting something out of this.
@juberline: Scared SE would mess it up honestly. Tomb Raider essentially just became Uncharted so copied a safe formula. Even then they almost canned it since the first selling an absurd amount of copies still wasn't absurd enough for them. As soon as TR "failed" they canned Legacy of Kain immediately. SE sucks.
The Last of US Remastered is number 4 and MKXL is there at all? Must be because of a sale and also hype for the sequel for TLoU. Also, H1Z1 overtook Fortnite? Interesting. Game is making a huge resurgence as it started the whole battle royale craze. Lastly, GTAV is number 1 to the surprise of no one at this point but still, WHO DOESN'T HAVE ALREADY?! WHO IS LEFT TO BUY IT?!
I'm convinced that Rockstar is making fake accounts and buying it themselves at this point lol
