I would say inFamous, just because of the exclusive stuff that it brings to the table. Sure, it's a lot like GTA series style, with the open world and all of that, but you get a lot more fun with it. As for Batman, if you are a diehard Batman fan, get that as it also has the exclusive maps with the PS3. Honestly, you can't go wrong with either one.
