Can somebody who has already play the DLC pack tell me if its worth getting it, please?

After I read this I had a mysterious vision... I was in a video game store next Tuesday with Dishonored in my left hand and Resident Evil 6 in my right one. Oh my god I want both games but I only have money for one. Suddenly I remembered what Bethesda did to PS3 owners with previous games and I saw my self leaving Dishonored back on the shelf...
