It keeps getting pushed back. Inventory is the ArmA 3 system; drag and drop items, search clothing/backpack/vests separately (and change clothing/backpack/vests/hats/glasses). It feels a bit better than ArmA 2, can still be difficult to do quickly (based on playing the ArmA 3 beta and alpha)

It's using a heavily modified Take On Helicopters engine (itself a modified Operation Arrowhead engine), implementing stuff from the ArmA 3 engine as well.

DayZ is coming out as a standalone game though, most DayZ peeps will probably just get that.

ArmA 3 without a campaign on launch isn't such a bad thing, means I don't have to wait forever to get my hands on all the objects in the editor.

Spent all my time in ArmA 2 playing or making multiplayer COOP Ops anyway.

Plus I am spared ArmA's voice acting for a little bit longer.

I don't see why we have to keep the animus in these games, just let us play as Edward Kenway and see the story from only that point of view. The present day story was the weak part of the AssCreed series, and dragging Desmond out of the animus for some part of his story ruined the flow of the previous games.

Also, though the naval combat in AC3 was fun, it did seem serious undercranked. I hope they slow the naval stuff down a bit and add a bit more complexity to the sailing.

@spookysev Its on the VBS 3 engine. The VBS 2 engine is the one they want upgraded. Hopefully VBS 3 should fix a lot of the problems with VBS 2
