I was not trying to say the customer is always right. I was trying to imply their policy is the opposite of that. Also, A person could buy 1 used game and 10 new games. If you upset them over the one used game, you could be losing 10 new game sales in the process.

EA was definitely not operating under a "the customer is always right" policy and in return the customer was looking elsewhere for entertainment. It sucks for them to have to compete with themselves in the used market and watch their work get pirated, but you can't screw your paying customers in an attempt to stop other people from doing those things. People need to have enough confidence that they can still play a game they bought a couple years later. It looks like EA is finally starting to figure that out. They're on the right path now, but they still have some work to do.

I don't really like Ubuntu very much, but I respect that they want to support more than just Windows and Mac users, and I wish them the best. However, if they make a console that boots Ubuntu, but goes straight into big picture mode (so it just feels like a game console) and has all the major developers supporting it, then I would be very interested (especially if it doesn't require Xbox Live--I don't get why I have to pay to play online when PS3, Wii-U, and PC doesn't have to).

I definitely know some Readers and also some Builders. I'm not really sure what I am. The idea of a multiplayer Tomb Raider game worries me. Does that make me an Introvert type gamer? I really do like the Alice games...
