@Xevac: I completely respect your take on it. Personally, I'm a solo player 90% of the time. I couldn't care less about how my character looks but I can understand that it's important to some people. I honestly don't care about what people can buy so I'd be fine with it either way.

@omegajw82: Most IPs are dynamic, not static. If you banned by IP, a lot of people who have never cheated in their lives wouldn't be able to play.
