Well, the first time you play a TellTale game, it completely blows your mind, and you find yourself thinking back about your decisions, wondering if you could have made better choices. But TellTale screwed the pooch on the Wolf Among Us by requiring multiple playthroughs to hit all the achievements, and on the replays it's painfully obvious that your choices have pretty much zero impact on the plot. You can be nice or be a jerk, but that's about it. The dialogues don't even really branch enough to be called trees.
Don't get me wrong TellTale games employs some great storytellers. And they actually got a "HOLY $#!+" out of me during the surprise attack in Episode 1 this time.
