Wonder Woman will be an average SH movie with below expectation box office numbers. Simple as that.
Personally, if I want to see a model do a bunch of poses, I'll go to a fashion show. I'm hoping it's more than this, but I doubt it. DC/WB should have gotten a real actress.
Yeah, it would have been funny if Bob Iger after seeing the film told the media that is was absolute crap. LOL Of course he is going to cheer on the movie as did the corporate people at WB with Batman V Superman. They thought it was a slam dunk and gave the pre-screening a standing ovation. Look how that turned out. This article is clearly clickbait.
One of the most stupid comments I've seen in a while. The PS4 Pro was not meant to be the PS5. It is a midterm upgrade that is more compatible with 4k TVs. That's all. It's looking like the Scorpio is more of a next Gen machine compared to especially the XBOX One. And I can't believe I fell for this click bait
BTW, the PS4 in combination with a good gaming PC is still the best way to go for gaming coverage. Mark my words.
Saw it last night. Great movie, although the first third was a bit disjointed. But the action scenes, especially in the last third, were superlative--simple riveting!!! Please see this in IMAX to do the last action scenes justice. This movie is not for little kids, however. It has a lot of violence. But overall it is a must see for Star Wars fans.
I know it's been already mentioned, but at this point Steam could easily make an app for the now Windows 10 Xbox. I'm guessing most of the games could be at least workable, if not actually pretty good on an HDTV via Xbox. Regardless, it seems that Steam and Microsoft are on a collision course. Maybe MS should find a way to buy out Steam and be done with it. I'm not sure a partnership is doable in the long run. Just some thoughts as I start an early day...
PS4 is doing just fine and can afford the X1 and MS to have a couple of months of glory for the year here in the U.S. It doesn't change the fact that the sales numbers aren't even close overall and that the PS4 has a lot of great features and items that fans also like. Much of it comes down to preference. I for one prefer the games and controller with the PS by far. I own a 360 (bought it late in cycle) and understand the positive MS experience that's carried on into the X1 evidently. But Halo, Forza, and Gears were getting quite stale even in the 360 days. It seems many of the new MS AAA IPs you can now get for a mid range gaming PC like I also own. So for me, the PS4 is the better choice. Better single player offerings, excellent apps for TV use (media player, plex, Netflix, Vudu, etc) and it has Naughty Dog. Simple as that. Quite frankly I trust Sony's many game studios over Microsoft's few. You add the fact that Sony is doing a better job with 3rd party and I can, and will, easily wait for the future games to come. Clearly Xbots are the ones on the defensive, including Phil Spenser.
As a Playstation fan, I have to admit that I'm a bit envious of this new feature on X1. I'm pretty sure that Sony could do the same thing if they had to. Come to think about it, didn't they say at one point that they were working on BC? But it probably won't happen now that they have the sales numbers and the PSNow service.
This game looks pretty good to me based upon the gameplay here. The team play looks extremely engaging. I'm not sure where a lot of the hate is coming from. People need to quit being idiots. This is a great game. I've been playing the PS3 version (the least of the versions) for the last few hours, and I'm enjoying the heck out of it. Cool environments, weapons, and excellent soundtrack. It should sell well.
So I guess my Steam GFWL games like Resident Evil 5 are safe for the time being-- the saves, trophies and online friends . I still wish Capcom would have switched the service over to Steam's direct service. But now it looks like they won't care about the future because Capcom is going out of business. Man, this sucks...
