I only encountered this on my first setup. I was using a switch. What I did was I used my PC's MAC address and input that to the 360 network settings. It can also be caused by your router. If you have a wired connection, try connecting your 360 directly instead of going through a router.

Sorry, but this could be one of the mainstream games I'll avoid. I dunno, I'm not just attracted to it.

You can use a basic computer LCD monitor. For the connection, you'll need to buy a AV-VGA cable for the 360. I just got mine from Play-Asia.com

Yeah... its a hard choice...

Why can't you just get the regular Oblivion and Mass Effect?

I played the game on the PC and appreciated it very much. I don't think I'll get this for the 360 though.

Oblivion is immense and for that it has a huge replay value. Mass Effect is great too but exploring is limited and after 3-4 playthroughs, you will find it boring.
