The demo will be available (without needing a code) on May 21st... so you've got a couple more days to go.

Should i attempt to fix it? I could follow instructions from the youtube video to fix the YLOD...

sounds like bad power supply or/and overheating..

too bad man. u can use norton ghost to make a backup of your HDD. buy a new HDD and u can post all the data on ur new HDD.

I've a 55" projection LCD tv. was playing GTA4 when i decided to change to HDMI cable. made a huge improvement for me.

i use optical cable for sound to get 5.1 output. the combination is bringing the best out of the PS3 form me..

though the quality of HDMI cable didn't make much difference for me. used sony's 30$ as well as a chinese 5$ cable.

LAME article imo.. most of the hardcore gamers i've known own both PS3 and 360(even PS2) and PS3 is getting its share of good games a well.

I am glad gaming sites have stop putting the graphical-difference btwn PS3 n 360 now...:evil:

but sony is certainly undermining PS3 sales by still providing enough titles for ps2 to keep it selling..

I think uncharted has been mentioned already..

i'd also recommend BF:BC.. it's a fun game with relatively easy trophies.

I like the phat PS3.. probably will skip slimmer PS3..

for PSP 2 i'd like to see the ease-to-use of 2 joysticks and and then may be, will go for it.

Am having the same problem, whlist playing game and suddenly shut down and with two 'beep beep' sound and blinking red light.

i sit it for a while to turn it on again, sometimes work.. sometimes won't, but now my PS3 won't turn on anymore.. it's only 3 month form the 1st time i bought the console and i only play it for a while.

pleaseee help anyone know whats the problem is? coz i bring it to the retailer where i bought it and it already 3 weeks and still cannot fix the console.
