Exactly dude. i mean if people are gonna use the GTA series as an example that story mediums exist in games. atleast mention GTA san andreas which in term had the best story compared to gta 4. IMO i felt gta4 was overly too short to feel any kind of compassion to any of the characters. i guess i can blame that on the writing..but the graphics is probably the only thing i enjoyed about that game.

and don't forget shenmue 1/2 was very well written with deep complex characters...but it's really a shame productions never got a chance to continue the saga with a part 3. would've had the potential of being the most compelling storyline EVER besides MGS if they actually kept the momentum going..however sega isn't exactly to blame though. the creator is for stepping down on the series and abandoning it.

well i believe most people would agree that the medal gear solid series is a prime example of a medium base storytelling game. achieved by one man and that's Hideo Kojima. an amazing writer and producer.

who cares about what graphics are better. just play the damn system you have and be happy that the gaming industry is still in business.

it really is a amazing when you look back at the past GTA games and now. we have come along way in the graphics industry...next thing you know when GTA5 comes out in 2010/2011. were gonna be making fun of the graphics in GTAIV because of how incredible the newest GTA game graphics are gonna be.
