It used to be really great - all this upgrading and modding, but its just becomes something that happens too frequently for my liking. Within the lifespan of a next gen console you will have to upgrade a PC at least once or twice. That means a new graphics card and maybe new mobo and chip. For what? Just to play a game at a half decent frame rate or to notch up the graphics from medium to high. Even when you do upgrade you get that "new" feeling for about a week before you realise that they've just bought out a newer model which strips you of feeling like you really do have a high spec machine. Pointless or what?
