@FollowY0urBliss @TheWatcher000 to be fair, I always wanted to play heavy rain but never got around to picking it up and now the only place I can find it is gamestop
@FollowY0urBliss @TheWatcher000 @badwedgie00 Developers are gonna shut down from time to time regardless, the industry shouldn't be pointing the finger at anyone but themselves. The developers/ publishers have shown no real desire to get competitive.
@Plasmid_king @sieg6529 the chunk or the pure bladestone? I did over 600 runs through 4-2 going after that drop, that's the only sort of grief/difficulty I'll be glad they keep out of any future games
people need to relax... there was plenty of apprehension going into dark souls about whether or not it could live up to Demon's and for the most part it did (and to some it was better)... From is gonna make another great game, I think they've earned our faith in their ability to deliver... I am curious about a launch date however... Dark souls wasn't announced until like 6 months prior to launch if I remember correctly so if we've got a trailer already, should we expect ds2 next fall?
Before Dark Souls launched I remember seeing an interview with the director saying that the difficulty was his statement about life. Life is hard and sometimes our games should be too. Everyone who has two working hands has the ability to beat Dark and Demon's souls if they push to persevere through those games. I would hate to see an easier difficulty in those games. I convinced 6 friends to by Dark Souls last fall, some were angry at me after their first days with the game but all came around after discovering the satisfaction we get from defeating those bosses.
not sure if this franchise needs mp but I can see it being cool if done similar to the way demon's/dark souls mp is set up... coop for bosses and level clearing with a bit of head to head griefing mixed in
