[QUOTE="thepwninator"][QUOTE="timbo0827"][QUOTE="thepwninator"] I would also suggest you do the following (I don't know what it's called, though) Sit on the ground with your legs perfectly straight and your toes pointing up. From a position about 15 degrees from the vertical (leaning away from your legs) slowly lower your torso until it is about 60-75 degrees from the vertical (or 15-30 degrees from the ground), then slowly lift your torso back to the starting position. This works out your lower abs. Then lie on your back and lift your legs, keeping them straight, about 3 inches from the ground. This is the starting position. Then lift your legs about 6 more inches, then lower them back to the starting position. This works out your upper abs.

i appreciate this. idk whats it called either but i kno wat ur talkin about

Do three sets of 50-60 of each of these in addition to normal crunches every other day for a few months and you will have abs of steel.

thanks wat about the workout i found? im just curious it sounds just as good

If you're tryin to lose weight take your time. Don't expect immediate results. In the past 3-4 months I lost like 15-20 pounds just by eating less and doing 30 curl-ups a night. You're just going to wear yourself out and eventually quit completely.LoeJance
yea i kno that stuff already. actually im wantin 2 gain weight just burn a lot of fatty pounds off then gain it back in muscle.
