If you're tryin to lose weight take your time. Don't expect immediate results. In the past 3-4 months I lost like 15-20 pounds just by eating less and doing 30 curl-ups a night. You're just going to wear yourself out and eventually quit completely.LoeJanceyea i kno that stuff already. actually im wantin 2 gain weight just burn a lot of fatty pounds off then gain it back in muscle.
