Okay, re-reading some of these comments... as the page just became a haven for PS3 fan boys?. That's the only people I see posting. Any post that as anything positive to say about the 360 seems to have been swamped with thumbs down and any think positive towards the PS3 gets a thumbs up. Truly think some people here need to get lives. I mean is it that you fanboys need to prove some thing to your selves?. I honestly don't see many 360 fan boys hanging around here, there probably sat on the console playing it rather then moaning about it. Look I have nothing against the PS3, I own one so it would be a little stupid to be against it. I think it's a brilliant console, free internet, PSone games... PS3HOME and well as some one as already stated... God of War 3 is an exclusive (along with Metal Gear Solid 4, Heavy Rain, Little Big Planet... the list goes on). My problem is that you guys just can't stop complaining about the 360 and the graphics. Because you don't own or actively play it you guys have to pull it down... for reasons that are beyond my comprehension... why, if you don't own it then what does it matter to you?. They both have there pro's and con's and neither of them is the best. Though I don't see the point in typing this, I think it will go through one hear and out the next with many of you.
@:grinderno1 That's not blur, that's the normal. I create 3D imagery (using blender 3D) and I can tell the difference, the PS3 version must not be able to handle the normals. Other then that it's pretty much the same texture. I'm getting tired of this paranoia. The pictures aren't doctored, it's illegal under copyright law for anyone to post a doctored image while claiming it as an genuine representation of the product. Gamespot is just too big and popular of a website for it to have gone unnoticed if they where doctored images. I'm fed up with this console war in general, I'm lucky enough to own all 3 consoles and they all have their pros and cons, beyond that there pretty much the same thing. Just you children get together and start moaning and crying "Mines better", "no mines better"... if yours is better then why do you have to write and essay and put the other console down in order to prove it?. Why not just happily play your golden console?.

The vast majority of these fan boys/girls tend to fall under what TV tropes calls wilfully blind: "This fan refuses to see any faults in the object of his love at all, even if they're staring him right in the face. Tends to go beyond merely liking something to an irrational state of mind where, because he likes something, that means that it cannot possibly have any faults at all. They also will not realize how other people won't like it, and will likewise tell them they're worthless for not finding it the best thing since sliced bread despite that this mentality can lead to massive Hype Backlash. The Willfully Blind is fond of the Quality By Popular Vote line of argument, often insistently referring to ratings or sales figures to support this assertion. If they encounter evidence of a flaw that even they cannot ignore, they are then prone to rationalize it away with the excuse that "it's still better than everything else." They will also defend their own fandoms this way, because in their worlds, all of their fellow fans are just like them.". Some of these fans actually seems to border on needing professional help. @Ev-the-Nev: I think it's just on or two trolls with multiple accounts trolling as the thumbs down don't seem to have any particular pattern to them. I honestly think they should get rid of the thumbs up and thumbs down in favour of site moderation, as it seems like you can't have a good healthy and fair arguement without looking the next day to see (does not meet display criteria) where you message should be because of trolls and fanboys.
@Joolsy: Well I guess it's meant to quell arguments. You know people saying "My console is the best" "No my console is the best" "The graphics are better on the Xbox 360" "No the graphics are better on the PS3" and that none sense. Gamespot shows both pictures side by side in order to stop the arguments over graphics the most objective way they can. So in theory every one should look at the pics and say well I guess the PS3 is the best for this game and I guess the Xbox 360 is best for the other. That's the theory however in practice it just doesn't seem to work out that way in-fact it pretty much counters it. These things just cause arguments mainly because it seems fan boys/girls can't accept their consoles coming second place on a game. Most of it comes to an arguement on hardware (Which makes no sense to me because you can argue all day about which has the best hardware it won't change the results of the picture) and the others make paranoid claims about photo-doctoring, which is none-sense as doing such things are illegal and Gamespot being one of the biggest video game sites would have been found out and prosecuted by now if they did.
@Romeric87 Ha'men. To me there just consoles and I could only afford one, I got the 360 because I could only afford the 360. When a game comes out for it which isn't as good for my console as it is for another I don't b/tch about it or scream over a forum that mine's better and the photo's are doctored and such in a rage of denial. I just accept the fact and move on, there is nothing I can do about it other then buy the better console of which I can't afford or just accept what I've got, no biggy. However some people make it feel like Gangs of New York were every one follows there leading console and will scream and attack any one who doesn't own theirs or agree with them. Honestly reading these comments or every other comment made on a comparison website makes me feel like I'm back at School "Mines better!"... "No! mines better!". Here we have a text book example below my comment "360 fanboys are the worst"... how is it that a console can affect your rational and maturity, no 360 fanboys aren't the worst, all fanboys are bad end of.
Wow, no major difference with any of them, I have it scored as PC>360>PS3 but it's not by much, the textures are a little blurry on the PS3 and there a little Sharper on the PC but to my surprise its very hard to find a major difference with any of them. I do get annoyed with the people who say the photos were doctored, they weren't, they would be no benefit in doctoring the photos, if your console has the weaker graphics out of the three just accept it and move on. Hey my console came out worse on the Dragon age comparison, I'm not about to jump off a building because of it.
@:blazey09 That's awfully paranoid of you, no gamespot haven't edited the pics, they'd be no gain in doing so and the 360 version having the weaker as been reported over numerous sites. You wont notice the the difference while playing because the difference isn't all that significant, you'd only really notice the difference if you put the PS3 and Xbox versions next to each other. See the reason you'll notice that the 360 pic is lighter is because you see the darker PS3 pic then go onto the xbox pic and you notice.. when playing at home well your not seeing the difference so it's like normal... if that makes sense to you... I could explain this better with the right terminology but well it's 3 in the morning here and I'm tired.
Wow, when reading these comments I feel ashamed to be part of the gaming community... no wonder the media as a low opinion of us, look how immature we are... every caparison turns into a fan boy war... look here's three images that show the P.C version as superior graphics... PS3 owners deal with it. Here's three images showing the PS3 as superior graphics compared to the 360 so Xbox owners just deal with it. I own a 360 and I don't own a high spec computer so I have the 360 version, I'm not crying over the graphics or trying to argue about it over a internet forum, arguing and crying over this isn't going to fix it no matter how loud you shout or how many tear shoot out. Throwing a fanboy battle isn't going to change the graphics either. Just accept the facts , move on and grow up. I honestly can see how you can argue over this... you have evidence right in front of you... not only that it's been mentioned in every video or review of this that PC>PS3>360 as far as graphics are concerned.
In all honesty when comparing the 360 with the PS3's graphics here I doubt they'd be any largely noticeable difference when your playing the game. Not enough for you to go head over heel's for, the PC version though is noticeably different and come's off the better. I however don't have a high end top of the range PC I just have a very broken 360 so I have the 360 version.
