The moment you start charging money for your art, it becomes a product. All products need to make changes in order to be what the costumer wants, and above all else it needs to be what the costumer was promised. A chef can't tell you he is bringing you a steak and bring you a chicken instead because he feels chicken is better.

I agree with TurambarGS. I really felt that interview was just telling me "no, your opinions are wrong". I have always loved bioware and I am really sad to see that one of the very few companys around that cateried to the hardcore gamers is turning it's back on us.
