This is a kick in the face to the shady game developer who constantly put out buggy underdeveloped games. this is the only way to assure quality control. broken games do not deserve our money, thank you Microsoft.

Why didn't they put special weapons like the Keidgual Zanthor along with the current pew pew guns in Destiny! I will not buy until this is issue is fixed. until then I stand firm on my 6 rating. Because this is a prime example of releasing fair content.

@Infinite_Access @stylee123 whether i missed your point or not. I still feel the game is short of being pure fun. Now let me clearly explain to you how you are missing the point. I have been a halo fan from the beginning and Im 100% sure that bungie is not giving full potential in this current game. You are having a blast when only experiencing about 25% of Bungie. after all the expansion packs have been inserted i'm sure it could reach it's full potential. But if and only then it would be worth the merits or buying.

@Infinite_Access your comment sounds delusional. if your game and so called expansion packs is so good then why aren't you playing it now. also I feel sad for you hoping to have a blast for years. I rented the game and completed in two days. and its now our problem that it takes you years to understand a game that I conquered it in 48 hours.

@k2theherm @stylee123 Ok, fine ill take your side. but just imagine how the future of gaming will be if we praised all incomplete games and patiently wait for imaginary content to show up over the internet (are you for real). we will be paying 60 bucks for a blank disk and we may or may not see something later on, thats only if we are online. but thats a game of chance. Sorry buddy you can stay in that boat by yourself.

you said they can add content on the fly, well tell them to go ahead and add it so we can buy it and play it.

you want us to buy something we don't know what it is and its not even made yet. but all you know is they can add it on the fly.

I don't complain if it has a low rating. I will be upset if the dull game got a 10 to trick me in to buying it.

@k2theherm No, you piss yourself off. If the game is on the shelves ready to be sold then it is ready to be reviewed, case closed. dlc content is supposed to enhance the game experience and is not guaranteed with purchase of the original game.

Disappointed.

I love all Halo and Borderlands games but Disappointed with Destiny. Now here is my take on the game.

Cons

: confusing storyline, non emotional experience, uninspiring voice acting.

: Repetitive limited activity in the worlds

: game is short= boring

: reply a mission then enemies spawn in same area= Boring

: mission 2 starts off at same location as mission 1 and so on. =Boring

: competitive multiplayer is only 5% Halo and 95% is one shot one kill= most fight encounters are short and boring.

:The same basic weapons in the whole game; they just give more damage as upgrades and level increase.

I would prefer to have new weapons when upgrading such as Cod/Battlefield; or to have access to the same cool weapons (such as the ones from halo and borderlands) from start to finish. Most gamers would compare this game to Halo and Borderlands. Well, Halo had the same weapon set but they were outstanding weapons; remember that gun that shoots purple spikes? I enjoyed that gun. Borderlands also had basically the same weapons but the variety of special effected ones found while treasure hunting, made it fun.

Pros

: Cooperative multiplayer is enjoyable but almost could have been great because only 3 instead of 4 players can dance after completing the level.= social fun

: creative visual environments (planets and moon) = admiration

: Diverse character creation= satisfying

: Big Boss fights. they always come out mad stomping the ground and tough to beat. it makes me laugh also when players wonder too close to the bosses comfort zone only to receive a hurting = funny and fun take cover and run.

verdict:

In the the end the Cons outweighs the Pros. This game is a little under par for my expectations. I had a fun experience with Halo and Borderlands, while Destiny seems more like a sample of the two. Some things about this game is so good while the the rest is so bad and I thought a game with bungie name on it would be the ferrari of cars but I ended up coming home with a domestic used car (game content).

Overall rating: 7.2 /10 not bad but not great...

WARNING DIFFICULTY SPIKE!!! cops in mission chases (not free roam) will rubberband you forever!(even through hideouts). not good at all because you need to lose them to get cool upgrades. You may get lucky at some point and loose them in the alloted time. But after countless amount of tries, the game looses its luster.
