This has bugged me for the longest time, maybe someone at OT can answer this.

The Americas along with many other areas went plenty of years without christianity. Some people right now may not have access to it, such as babies that died before being old enough to become religious.

Were those people who never had access to Christianity sent to hell? Isn't that unfair? Does that mean that you really only have a chance to go to heaven if you were lucky enough to be in the time/place where it existed?

What if they were sent to heaven instead. Isn't that unfair to the Christians who have their faith challenged every day to achieve the same result these unreligious people get?

Or does Christianity's god just not care about things such as fairness?

Sometimes, it's best not to care about the dead. Sometimes those that die young will end up being homosexuals or murders if they continued living so they're saved by accidental death. Remember the logic is that it's couple that made the child, not god. (other then Jesus who was born from Virgin Mary and Adam). While couples have that power to raise a child, sometimes god doesn't want that.

We all make mistakes, however God has ways to take that power away from us and does what he wills. It isn't just this case, it's also with earthquakes and natural disasters.

Question for any athiests.

What do you think of the Shawshank Redemption?

It's about a banker who was wrongly thrown in prison for a crime he didn't commit during the 1940s. He spents a good part of his life where he encounters trouble in prison and how he aids his struggles. The film uses many bible references to support some of the characters and story as well as the main character in the movie, which helps him take on the struggles in life and heavyly supports the ending of the movie.

Do you think it's accurately betrays life and how a Christian deal with the trouble he encounters? How does an athiest take the idea from the movie and make them their own? How do you feel that the movie doesn't use the supernatural to support the bible references?

Anyone else other then the athiests is welcome to comment and address their opinions too.

I also have to add that this movie is ranked at #1 on imdb.com.

I've had quite a few girls who knew me, however I didn't know their name. Yeah, I was that kind of punk and it's only because I was chasing after a girl and beating the sh!t out of guys for this girl, but she didn't fancy me and the rest of those girls took notice.

Apologies for grave digging, however I can't help but laugh. Also I don't want to start another thread with the same content.

Quite a few actully.

Here in the UK, the electronic retailer Maplins are full of idiots. I suppose idiots aren't going to steal any electronic components and they expect the buyer to know their stuff, however I like how they try to act intelligent. Having said that, I would like to go into the store again and ask many people for 'help' and ask them really technical questions to see their brain fry, just for the fun of it. (baiting *trollface.jpg*)

Also, last year, I was calling up some dodgy travel agent to ask for a flight in the carribain. I never felt so alienated in my life. I couldn't understand her and when she quoted the price, I gratefully decilined. There was a pause and then the phone hung up. No 'Thank for you calling' or 'Sorry to hear you haven't found what you were looking for' or anything like that.

Although the person who made this video especializes in MMO. Tyra Banks released her own virtual chatroom, like second life and the person who did this video, didn't take the service seriously made this video and windwilled throughout the entire experience and a massive glitch party that many people missed out on.

It went so well that the service banned EVERYONE who wore Red Pants. The video sums it all up.

Really LONG article if anyone if you like what you see.

I like Bub from the Bubble Puzzle games. I like him because he's green and the most realistic character in gaming. I don't think he gets along with Bob and they make the worst pair compared to any duo, as Bob annoys Bub and what prevents him what he does best. Bub on his own is amazing.

Who here likes Bub?

Sonic Riders - Cheap track design, over powered AI, cheap and unplayable controls.

The question is who will win between Bub and Bob? I want to see these dinosaurs go at it and I want to know!

So who will win and why?

GS may of disabled the polls in this board, so luckyly I wouldn't go the full hog and warn voters 'not to ballotstuff the poll', so it's makes it alot easier.

Don't blame them, 3 key figures said it was going to be a PS3 exclusive and someone says it's going to come out on the 360... Square Enix lies at it's finest.
