@megawizard1 Not so much, read Ryan Payton's interview. Japanese people will buy American products like hot cakes if its something that fits their lifestyle. 360 only has a handful of games at best that are their style. So whether or not it's made in the US or natively, in my experience when I've been in Japan is that they don't care where it's made, they want it to appeal to them.

"this is good, the ds lite was getting bored pwning the old psp so now it has a new psp to pwn (40 million ds's over 20 million psp's is pwning)" huh...you sound just like Nintendo's press conferences...HEY GUSY LARG SALEZ = MOST FUN never mind the fact that Gamespot, IGN, and Gametrailers have given nearly double the PSP games a 8.0 or higher than the DS, and that's WITH counting 7000 different versions of Nintendogs.

"Well I guess I would buy it since i dont have a psp, but still DS owns." What exactly about the DS owns? Less games with high scores? Less games taking advantage of internet gameplay? Nintendo 64 quality graphics (cept with more jaggies)? Or is it my personal favorite attribute, how games from other consoles receive the most horrible ports to it just because a buttload of people bought it. I think the DS just owned your wallet, since you couldn't spend 50 bucks more on a PSP. I own both, but honestly the most fun I have on my DS is on the games where my stylus is sheathed, and I'm staring at the bottom screen while the other is black. That said, it would have been nice if those games could've been on PSP instead since they could have had better graphics, bigger screen, larger worlds, etc. but whatever, I enjoyed them. And all the people saying that this is not enough of an upgrade blah blah...this is NOT a DS to DS Lite situation. They're not charging more for a better model, and dropping prices etc...they are simply upgrading the current unit, moreso as a way to try and surge sales more than anything. It's not a huge upgrade because they're keeping the same price point and simply phasing them into the market to replace the current model. If you have a problem, instead of complaining...just don't buy it k?
