@Csdabest89 @sqitso Umm.. Okay brainiac. So the manual is here http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/manuals-specs/manual-specs and just to make sure I double checked the "manual" because I was trying to understand, how a single HDMI port on the Xbox can be used to connect my cable box which also has a single HDMI port to my TV. If the Xbox has a single HDMI port and I connect it to the cable box; how the f*ck do I connect the HDMI port to the TV, when it is connected to something else? Would you mind telling me what the f*ck your dumbass answer has to do with answering my question?

"The console will plug directly into a user's cable box and feed live TV through the system with an HDMI cable." I'm a little confused. I use my HDMI cable to go from my Xbox to my TV already. How do I connect the Xbox to the cable box and get it back to my TV? My cable box only has one HDMI connection and so does my Xbox. So even if I connect the cable box to my Xbox.. how do I get the signal to my TV? maybe I am missing something?

@Wardog2883 @sqitso Destroyed nintendo? The Wii-U is destroying Nintendo. The Wii outsold both consoles combined for several years in a row. It only declined when both console's prices declined enough to be considered pocket change, and the Xbox 360 "which is the console that started outselling the Wii" started coming with a Kinect in the box.

Why is this such a hard concept to grasp? The Xbox is $499 with a motion device. The PS4 is $399 without a motion device. If the PS4 had a motion device included, IT WOULD COST $499. There is no mystery here. The Xbox is coming with a hundred dollar piece of hardware the PS4 isn't. Why is the Kinect important to be included? Because not including it was limiting developers. They didn't know who had a Kinect and who didn't. So many developers couldn't ad features they wanted, or their games didn't sell as much as they could have. Not to mention a child would ask his mom for a Kinect game. Mom would go to the store and see the game for 60 dollars, then realize she had to pay another 100 bucks for a Kinect for it to work. This was not good. Now, all developers know. If you own and Xbox, you have a Kinect. Including this device helps developers. Yes, hardcore gamers don't care about Kinect.. but hardcore gamers are not the majority. Mom and dad's buying kiddie games are.

The U.S. Court of Appeals' decision this month to reverse and remand the previous federal ruling would force TimeGate to pay $7.35 in damages and give up control of the Section 8 IP.

Only $7.35.. Hell I have that in my wallet. I will loan them the money.

Well if you lose internet connectivity and can't get internet that is hardly Microsoft's fault. However, if they have a fubar on their end it is easy enough for failsafes so you can continue to play. However.. no crap.. more than 75% of the entire world is still on dial-up. That is no sh!t. So unless MS is including a modem and a free ISP with that subscription I don't think this always on model is going to see the light of day.

One could only speculate, but the of appeal cheap next gen console would be the snag. PS4 comes out running over 500 bucks, probably closer to 600 and there is a Next gen Xbox up for grabs for only 300.. and all you have to do is pay 5 bucks a month to play on it? Sure most people would not consider over the course of 10 years that paid an extra 600 bucks for the subscription. No one knows what the subscription is this is all guessing, but there is an appeal to price conscience consumers. And what does a subscription do? Is it really Xbox live you pay a monthly fee for? Does the "regular" version for 500 negate that subscription because you already paid 200 extra dollars for it? If that was the case the regular version would save you 400 dollars over the course of 10 years. We will have to wait and see.
