@aniforprez I'm not saying I know definitively that they're using resistive screens, but they've had resistive screens in every touch screen system they've released in the past.
Also, the Wii U's gamepad is consistently shown with a stylus. Now, it's not that there are no styli that work with capacitive screens, but it requires a different kind of technology because the tip of the pen has to extend the electrical current from your finger in order to work. The stylus shown with the Wii U's gamepad looks to be of similar design to those of previous Nintendo systems, which would mean that it's a resistive screens.
Multitouch isn't really the issue. If the Wii U uses resistive touch screen technology like the DS and 3DS, Nintendo is unnecessarily saddling the tablet with vastly inferior technology. Capacitive screens are much more precise, sensitive and (because they're made of glass) not prone to damage from even light use like plastic resistive screens.
Resistive touch screens suck. That's all there is to it. It's embarrassing that companies like Nintendo are still putting them in NEW tech products.
I could even deal with the fact that Platinum Games has no respect for the source material if they didn't have to add insult to injury by calling it "Revengeance."
SHUT UP WITH THE BIOWARE BASHING ALREADY, GAMESPOT. The fact that none of your editors noticed the COLOSSAL artistic flaws of the original ending to Mass Effect 3 is a sad testament to your incompetence as critics.
