I hope you do know that console games are being developed on PC aswell with the developer tools and not on a 360/PS3. Then they make it for the console and optimize it for the console software. So the rage engine is technically on PC.
I'm most likely gonna upgrade my 3½ year old graphics card 8800GT especially with Portal 2 coming out and Duke nukem forever, my processor is a E6850 dual core and it's still performing very well, i recently upgraded my harddrive from 230GB to a 1TB western digital caviar black. So a new GFX card would be very pleasant but i'll wait about until the price has been lowered a lil more on those above 460GTX I have 4GB ram which i don't plan to add more to.
f*** cliffyb and Epic games really ! They started on PC and that's where their succes originated from from early nineties to mid 00's with ut2k4 ! And now they don't give a **** ! I even bought GoW for PC but it's such a big failure that it's now only collecting dust.
Unreal Tournament original from 1999 or unreal tournament 2004 i remember playing those when i was 11-14 back in the days, amazing games and easy to get into + they don't req the best PC today so i would defo recommend those :) or yeah originale quake or Duke nukem, i remember to play DUke nukem quake Hexen and those good games in the 90's when i was 6-7-8 years old and i has only made me a better person today :)
Because it's competitive and fun, and it's a full quality product from Blizzard, nuff said. THe amazing balance it self makes it able to compete in competiviely unliek RA series and others.
1-4. I used to be a steam sale addict but now i can control myself. I'm not gonna buy cheap games just for the sake of buying them and then end up never playing lol. I've only bought FEAR 2 so far.
