the zoomed in image on ps3 deffinitely doesnt help compare texture with xbox, no contest. the light contrast is f**ed up on ps3 screen, also PS3 with a excellent 1080P TV setup correctly, these games looks amazing compared to any previous console. to any defense, must i remind gamespot that these games are generally PORTED from XBOX to PS3, hense the lack in detail and graphic issues. I dont hear anyone talking about how terrible Metal Gear Solid looks or even Little Big planet. besides Xbox360 is old news, it came out a year before sony's console and really technology for graphics and processing power move to fast. all in all, who cares. but if you asked me. PS3 has more potential, and its better. xbox360 has more fan base to buy its products so ps3 seems to appear not as popular, but i assure you, kids these days have both consoles, just preferred online gaming for xbox360. not me, i'll enjoy my free online gaming and the utterless sound of 12 yr boys just hitting puberty and screaming on the mic of the xbox.

A ported game is still a PORT. If you compare then use a Benchmark like you would with graphics cards. compare Frame Rates per Second, and get the apporpiate information. since Gamespot has these connections with these programmers, then they should ask about these comparisons rather than leave its community in havoc. I'm done being a GAMESPOT customer.. you're a bunch of bais writers that support XBOX popularity. you have done nothing to help matters, when you allowed consolesforless.com advertise for $34.99. I was amongst the first to trust your site, then i noticed many flaws and you as a company done nothing to protect your members. first, XBOX is old, dec 2005.. the hardware is so outdated. how can you compare the two consoles. second, HD DVD dropped off the map, recongizing PS3 as the only True High Def Console. I'm sick of Gamespot dogging this console due to xbox360's online features at cost each person $50 per a year. PS3 serves the same points of interest to connect with friends for free, and yet there are too many anal intensive people. When you look at the two pictures in comparison, you'll notice that the shot is zoomed in (closer shot of the buildings, they focus on these points. Last time I remember, Nvidia supported PS3, which they placed in 7800GT chipset vs. crappy ATI in the X360. Everyone knows that ATI is a cheaper, less expensive counterpart for a graphics chip.
