Funny how voice recognition seems to be progressing as slowly as it can. I mean it should be blazingly sci-fictionny fast by now and yet I when I turn on VC on my laptop it will either work or not depending on how crystal clear my voice/command is. That is not to talk about VC in my Android that is responsive 50% of the time at best.

Last but not least VC is horrendous if it is in any other language than english.

How the heck is that news. Please GS come back to journalism and not copy/pasting old article to fill new ones and claiming that a developer farts is newsworthy....

Love the way Gamespot praises itself, not to mention that the ad for the game on the homepage contains a quote from Gamespot review....the world never ceases to amaze me!

@gungrave45 Good stuff...except about the mentally ill. Research after research has found the "sane" people are WAY more prone to violence than mentally sick people. Look it up!

So by the same logic why don't we ask writers to explain and defend their medium. I dunno about you but my reading log is filled with books that contains horrible violence and depraved acts. In "IT" by Stephen King there is a scene in which a 10 year old gets decapitated by IT, who is disguised as the boy's greatest fear, a black lagoon-like creature. Later in the story the single girl who is part of the Loser's club decide to "offer" herself to all her friends as a mean to cement their friendship in a time of crisis. So basically it is a gangbang between 6 boys and one girl, all under 12.

I don't think I've seen any scenes like that depicted in a video game. Yet nobody ever complained and Stephen King never had to defend his work. The paperback is widely available and teens can easily get their hands on it if they want to.

So why the double standard?
