Hey I just wanted to share my shield design with everyone. I worked VERY hard on it. It's a version of the one I made last time for the original Dark Souls shield design contest, but I missed the deadline. The contest ended early on me.
Story behind the shield and it's name:
Shield's name: Resilience
It represents the player and the struggles the player goes though to complete the game. As you can see the shield as seen a lot of fighting. It has been left out to rot and has been abused. But the shield is resilient like the player and keeps fighting til it overcomes!
This is the kind of shield you stumble across half submerged in a lake or hanging half way out of a deep puddle. You pick it up and almost brush it off thinking that because of its appearance that its not worth your time. But upon further inspection this is the shield that pushes you over the edge. Its just what you needed. This shield is a sleeper.
