So my asus laptop's keyboard doesn't work at the same time i use the synapis mouse pad. being a gaming laptop, that's a huge problem. is there a driver or anything i can do to resolve the problem? i already got the latest synapis driver.

So my new asus laptop (g74) keyboard doesn't work at the same time as the mouse is in use. that creates a huge problem when gaming with the compuer (which is kinda ironic since it's a gaming laptop). does anyone know i driver or anything that can help resolve the issue?

Not too big on forums so didn't know where else to post this question at the moment.

i'm pretty sure the warranty is expired by now and my friend ran a fan utility claiming it may have worked. he hasn't tried running a game yet and testing it out cuz he's real busy but he will soon.

Normally i'de get my computer info from dell's websitewhere i type in the code on the back of the laptop and it gives me the info but for some reason it's asking me to log in now where aparently my account is temporarily unavailible so i'll just give you the info from performance information and tools... assuming that's the info you want.

System

Model- XPS M1530

Total amount of system memory- 2.00 GB RAM

System type- 32 bit operating system

Number of processor cores- 2

64 bit capable- Yes

Graphics

Display adapter type- NVIDIA GeForce 8600M GT

Total availible graphics memory- 1023 MB

Dedicated graphics memory- 256 MB

Dedicated system memory-0 MB

Shared system memory- 767 MB

Display adapter driver version- 8.17.11.9562

Primary monitor resolution- 1280x800

DirectX version- DirectX 10

it also got a 5.1 performance rating after i just updated that. i also noticed that the fan was working its hardest then as well. luckily it didn't shut down though.

CPU(dell hardware monitor)-37 C (111 F) 34 C (96 F) 51 C (121 F)

Chipset(dell hardware monitor)- 46 C (107 F) 39 C (102 F) 47 C (107 F)

GPU Core(NVIDIA GeForce 8600)-85 C (152 F) 63 C (143 F)100 C (165 F)

these are the results at the game's menu, where the fan usually reaches its max speed. i would go to gameplay but the laptop just shuts itself off as it's loadingi would figure because of the fan. i noticed that the GPU is much higher. mean anything?
