The Xbox 360 has been available since 2005, for god's sake. Do people actually still buy these dinosaurs? Do they still make games for something that old?

@Alucard1475 I do not care about the money. What bothers me is that it strikes me as being unethical and, frankly, utterly lacking in good taste. There may not be any one concrete thing I can put my finger on at the moment. And there may never be; I simply dislike to see a gaming software company conduct business in this fashion. Nevertheless, appealing to my own greed does not make me feel any better about what Blizzard is doing. It still feels wrong.

So, what is to prevent someone from taking advantage of this Always Online DRM? Let's say I list an item on Craigslist or Amazon, somebody pays for it through a third party (Paypal) and then we just "multiplay" and I drop the item?

I will not be buying this. $70 isn't a lot to Blizzard, I'm sure, but I am not supporting this BS excuse for "online always". I'm sure Mr. Wilson is not inherently a bad person, but today he shilled a flimsy excuse that fooled no one. Blizzard is doing this in an attempt to prevent piracy. The only thing more offputting than this sad excuse of a lie is reading the comments by Blizzard employees masquerading on this site. Hello. It's 2012. We're caught up by now to this tactic.

Between the constant complaints of gamers, the general hatred everyone has towards EA and the griping in articles such as these... The only thing you can really do is STOP BUYING FROM EA. I said, STOP BUYING GAMES FROM EA. Do not give them money. If you feel as though you have been dealt a poorl deal in bad faith by EA... DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY MORE OF YOUR MONEY. Bam. Capitalism. This is one of the very few times it works for someone who is not a major shareholder in a multinational corporation. ... you know, like EA.

It certainly looks like it'll be superior to the 3DS. I opted to buy the DSi just due to the terrible specs on the 3DS. Having said that... none of the games look interesting. How does Playstation succeed with such a crappy lineup of awful games from the 90's?
