Sorted it - wasn't a glitch - needed to combine the flag with a pole which I completely missed! All minikits done now finally. Doh!

I have 9/10 minikits from this level and I cannot get the tenth one.

The one I cannot get is where you hand the red flag to the guard at the top of the wall.

I can see the circle with the flag icon but as soon as I get close this fades and there is no B action available to hand the flag over.

Has anyone else experienced this? And if so, how did you get around it.
