Let's get serious, this is the most unreasonable comparison ever done. Guess this was to boost hope for PC Gamers and Game Developers - there's just absolutely no need to compare consoles to the PC that was used (duh!). Might as well start comparing between old generation systems. But look at it thsi was, a console designed years ago still have the credibility to be compared with the ultra high end, super expensive computers (that too at a time of a down economy? :P).
Proves one thing to me - go and get a console instead. In fact buy both the PS3 and X360, you are still better off! What a waste of money PC gaming has become.
guys cut the crap... its a good game, and no games ever have been the perfect. it has its own style and thats wat it follows its own way.... i cant beleive there's any question that the game is bad... its just on taste.. that wat MGS4 wud be bad to some too.... its all on taste and style!!!
lol... there's barely any difference! if you dont say which screen is od which DX version, and then ask people, you'll see the real opinion... think DX10 with Lost Planet is overhyped and a marketing push. stick with nexgen consoles... stay outta these crazy meaningless comparisons...
Microsoft please bring out an extra accessory that wud let us connect our Keyboard & Mouse to the 360. Or bring out special X360 keyboard + mouse. If this is launched with the this new C&C game on X360... both would be a huge success. It's a win-win scenario for Microsoft/Developers and Customers. + and another added advantage over PS3!!!
sony was over confident with their PlayStation brand.... it seemed to them gamers only go the way sony wants, but not really!!! vendors have to value what users really want, instead of thinking users have to value wahtever vendors come up with... and all sites, including gamespot must stop providing this idea that PS3's hardware is really way better than X360s... its good but not really dat much better! M$ did everything right this time and they deserve to win the console war!
only proves one thing: stick around with PC and you need to upgrade (waste lot of hard eared money) to play a game ever so often! i had it for last 6 years.... wasted so much money on these cards, cpu, gpu... makes me feel just tired of this same old "not enough" crap! i believe good games are also based on how efficient it can be in terms of hardware.... just look, even the brand new 8800GTX thats like the future of graphics at least for now is running far bellow 60fps! cost/perf analysis? just give up the crap, and switch to console - i had enough! going for XBOX 360! truely optimized and fun, even if i miss a tittle or two, ill have plenty of new ones there - and make sure i do the "right investment" this time. just asking for more and more power doesnt make me feel anything special about a game at all!
