The alien AI is pretty attrocious and I can't stand the way it's rubber banded to you. It won't just leave an area and stay gone it just hides until you come out. Then drops down has a look around, rinse and repeat. The synthetics are scarier than the alien.

The guy saying the alien animation is good is a fool. It's jittery, looks dumber the closer you get to it and it's tail flaps around like it has no weight. Also when you're in lockers a lot of the time the aliens head will glitch through it killing immersion.

Had the game length been halved and the issues above been addressed the game would have been much better.

It's not a Playstation franchise but Metal gear solid being released on PS1 is the reason it is still a relevant franchise.

It was fun until you realized the alien was on a rubber band. The AI was quite laughable and I think you have a problem when the synthetics are scarier than the alien.

To me it was just really average but it was great in the moments it really managed to convey the Alien film.

For a series known for fighting dinosaurs, kangaroos, tree men/women it's ridiculous to get rid of a character that actually makes sense from a Japanese game. Urgh. Anyone else worried about the way games are heading with all of these fucking cry babies slamming devs for being creative?

I'm going to get it but won't be going in with huge expectations, The game looks stunning but it feels like it's not really bringing much new to the table and the gunplay doesn't looks AMAZING. I hope to be proved wrong it's just the more i've seen the less excited I've gotten.

I would just love a big or semi big budget 3D platformer to be honest. Platformers remain one of my favorite genres and no one other than Nintendo caters for that but even then I don't feel they're up to par with what came before. Hopefully Knack will be one of the Instant game library choices soon.

I'm a PS4 owner and I hope this is just in japan. This buying timed exclusivity is a bad practice and I know how much it annoyed me that I won't get to play the new tomb raider. Both companies should put more focus at putting out 1st party games and new IP's although Sony is better at that than Microsoft.

There should be a few surprises the way some devs have been going on about it on social media sounds like at least 1 megaton will be dropped. Really excited to see some grim fandango :)
