This is a good step forward for whoever wants video games to transition from an unappreciated hobby to a valid form of art by including them in formal learning in the same way movies and music are included. If not then just a teacher fan who wants to have fun at work.
Most people who play violent video games don't commit violence, most who use weapons aren't trigger happy, and most who are mentally ill wouldn't hurt a fly. The US government needs to do its damn job and stop jumping on the bandwagon in the same way that the Indian government is covering up its deficiencies by trying to convict the rapists as soon as possible to appeal to the general consensus over there which is to hang them!

Improve physics, make better companions and fix their AI, get someone from Obsidian to write the dialogues and storyline, keeps bugs and glitches minimal, better streamlining without feature-cutting...etc.
@xAngelSlayerx New Vegas got it right. It's 200 years since the bombs dropped and if you played the first two fallouts you'd see that law and order have begun to return for quite awhile
How about better enforcement and policing of existing laws and leaving video games alone? Wait, that would mean politicians and bureaucrats have to work harder at their jobs without pay raise. If anything comes out of this then I got a beachfront property in Alaska for cheap.
Speed runner is time is critical, completionist if open world, white knight if there's consequences, evil doer if hookers and cars. Guess I'm a "it-depends-on-the-game"-er
