The XBox 360 had a ton of good games when it first came out like Kameo, Call Of Duty 2, Condemned, Gun, NFS Most Wanted, NBA 2K2, Madden 06, PGR3, Quake 4, Perfect Dark Zero, Ridge Racer 6, Tiger Woods 06, Geometry Wars, King Kong, all within a week or two of launch. So that's 14 there. These 14 games were all given ratings here at Gamespot that averages out to be almost exactly an 8.0. Even allowing for the inevitable bias to creep in whenever any new system is launched, that's still a pretty high rating. An average of about 7 would be good on any system. Moreover, some of these titles were system exclusive like Kameo and Geometry Wars. You guys with 360s probably don't even remember how good we had it at launch compared with some of these Sony fanboys. I mean, I own both systems but don't consider myself a fanboy of any. I have my favorite, sure. But, the whole reason for all of this "fanboy" business any way is because you shouldn't have to own more than one system to play any game you want in the first place. Games should be able to be played on all systems. The only reason this is not the case is because we gamers don't demand it. I look forward to a future without any fanboys. Perhaps in the not too distant future this will be possible because the same games will be available on all systems. Until then however, there will always be "fanboys.", because not everyone can afford every ststem to play the games he likes.
