Valve wants to be the next Windows. Me personally? I would walk into a electronics store, tell them to look at my computer and recommend a CPU & Graphics Card, because that's all I really care about, they'll educate me, and then I'll buy the parts there or online after I look it up and do the math, and try to install it myself or get a friend to help me with it. Done, just saved tons of cash. The Steambox is for people who don't want to do that, even though you don't have to be a tech genius, I'm not. But today more people are becoming tech savy, the market for this Steambox is not looking good. I have a PS4, because its controller/tv gaming done right, perfected over many years. Sony also makes good electronics. And PS4 has many games that aren't for out for PC. So if a gamer wants to get the most for their buck, you have a custom PC $500, a PS4 $400, and maybe a Vita for when your girlfriend is watching Duck Dynasty for $200. $1100 bucks gets you a PC/PS4/Vita. I wonder what the price is for Steambox...
