I think it has a part, a negative correlation. Overall civil violence has been dropping since the advent of electronic games. Though some argue that is because of a reduction of lead pollution.
If biased means, having some experience with the subject of the debate, and having the ability to understand statistics then yeah im biased.
Those arguing against games, are like something who has never ate sushi, has no friends who have ever eaten sushi, never bothered to look up whether or not people who eat sushi get sick, and then saying eating it will make you sick. And then calling people who do eat sushi biased, when they disagree.
He was the only alternative. The rest of the bunch work for the lobbyists and private interests.
Unideal extremes are the inevitable choice of a binary voting system. Something like range voting (look it up) needs to be established for any real change. But if that happened, reasonable people might get elected, and the doesn't serve the interests of the powers that be.
Sim City 5, with more mod tools, unlimited (to your hardwares ability) size maps. Better graphics engine. Optional online collaboration play. Updated simulation algorithms. I could think of a lot of things.
I buy legit games. The most enjoyment I got from old sim-city games was modding. Online-only, no thank you.
If they let you pick a third party server, then maybe. Then there could be community mod efforts. But still, after my experience with D3 I will never buy another online only game.
Ugh, most the people who were looking forward to an actual simcity sequal are not really WOW type players. Simicity (previous versions) is about as much of an antinime to WOW as one can get.
Another thing, Simcity for me was about creating what if scenarios. Online only means no modding, for me no modding equals no fun.
