I did all those things. Im absolutly sure. its my second play through and she lived my first play through and i did everything the same now but this play through i had romanced her but broke up with her. i had a feeling something horrible happened when she started crying infront of me but i doubt it caused her to get killed. but at the same time its the only negative thing to her that occured.

Now for some reason the forum is locked. My origonal question: I romanced Miranda and kept her loyal in ME2. I ended the relationship in ME3 to pursue Kaiden. I gave her the alliance supplies, I warned her about Kai Lang, I paragoned her father but for some reason she still died. What do i do? Did the break up seriously f**k her over? I need some crazy pills here cause ive been wrapping brain around this all day and cant figure it out. Some people think i didnt warn her about Kai Lang but i stated that in my question. it wasnt the Cerberus attack either. She was allive for the mission on sancuary but died in my arms. The Mass Effect wikia doesnt say what i did rong. Am I missing something?
