I was also in the closed beta. And ive played MechWarrior Online's open beta. Both games are really good in their own way. MechWarrior is a little more strategic, and a lot more micromanaging your suit. Hawken is a little more faster pace, but still makes you feel like your in a giant robot. I would say Hawken's pace is a good medium. Not as fast as a FPS, but its not as slow as MWO. Both are good games, it really just boils down to preference.

Real fun game. Still dont really know what the story was trying to tell me though. Maybe nothing..

i kinda feel like there wasnt that much hype for this game. Not until recently anyway. thats why i want it to do well. i played the demo... many times in fact. i can see the fun lasting me a very good while. yeah i had some problems with the demo too but it seemed to work better when not connected to the internet. Anyways the demo was an early build given to a third party company or something like that so dont think its the final product

My guess is that this bill wont pass as is and with go under revision and probably get tossed around for a couple years like they tend to do. By the time it comes up again im hoping it will be a lot less extreme. Id rather it get put down for good. Long live the Internet!
